I'm really intrigued by this recipe and very eager to try it! It's hard to imagine pancakes without flour, but these look so delicious! I always have lots of ripe bananas on hand, and this would be a great way to use them! I bet they are quite sweet on their own, but little drizzle of chocolate syrup or even a few chocolate chips sprinkled in the batter would be delicious too! Can't wait to give these a try!
