Cinnamon Apple Toast
"My mom was visiting recently and made a beautiful German apple cake (I will be sharing that recipe soon and I PROMISE you won’t want to miss it. Stay tuned!). Fortunately for me, there were leftover cinnamon sugar apples. As delicious as cinnamon toast is, I thought apples would take it to the next level, and I was so, so right. Not to mention this dish totally looks far fancier than it really is, making it perfect to serve to guests this holiday season! Better yet, if you use Sara Lee 45-calorie bread this recipe is only 4 Weight Watchers Smart Points, if you’re into that sort of thing."

This is so easy! And it looks so elegant. The presentation of this is lovely. I served this for the past weekend when my son was in from college. This is a perfect, delicious, but simple breakfast that I think most people will enjoy. I did put just a little extra cinnamon, but other than that, I went by the directions.

Perfect for breakfast. Some people likes just this apple toast for breakfast but some would like a heavy one. Whatever is the choice, what's important is that they take breakfast in the morning.

I love the simplicity, ease, convenience and , of course, the flavor of this Cinnamon Apple Toast. Such a great way to break from the boring humdrums of breakfast, and treat yourself to a tasty alternative. It is so easy to prepare and whip up for your self, it cooks great in the toaster oven. If you want to get a little decadent with it, try a drizzle of maple syrup and a little powdered sugar on top.
