I usually always make my coffee cakes in a bundt pan so I'm eager to try this recipe that is baked in a regular round cake tin. Cinnamon and streusel are my favourites and this recipe looks easy and delicious! This would be perfect for a quick breakfast or enjoyed with a cup or tea or coffee. I'm not sure about the sour cream glaze, I might try it without and see how it turns out. All in all a delicious looking recipe that I can't wait to try!

I've made the sour cream glaze before and it is REALLY good on hot, freshly baked cakes. I would definitely recommend, unless you can't have any sort of dairy. I usually make coffee cakes in square, glass cake pans-I've never tried bundt pansmay give that a try-I bet it's really pretty!
