These quesadillas look delicious. Really a great idea for breakfast to eat on the go. I love the spinach in it as well as I love spinach. Eggs are also a great source of protein and I am sure that this will be very filling as well. I would certainly make it ahead of time and eat a wedge a day for breakfast.

What a really tasty and easy breakfast! I love quesadillas and this is a great recipe to get me started in the morning with a minimal amount of fuss. I think I'd add some bacon on top of the cheese since what is breakfast without bacon? I'd either cook the bacon first, or just use a package of the pre-cooked strips.

Why not? Yeah. Quesadillas will make delicious breakfast. Just stuff it with the usual food you eat for breakfast and you will enjoy eating quesadillas for breakfast. If you don't like to include scrambled eggs you may include boiled eggs instead. Thanks for this free recipe.
