My usual choice for a breakfast casserole involves the usual suspects of egg, cheese, hash browns and sausage. This is a nice, different version, and I look forward to making this sometime. I love French Toast and this casserole is absolutely perfect, plus it has the advantage of being made ahead of time, so the only step in the morning is to put it in the oven.

Overnight French toast recipes are heavenly and save so much time and effort! My mom recently had some leftover fresh cranberries in our house but she was not sure what to with them. A recipe like this would be the perfect use of those fresh berries! Plus, cranberry and orange work so well together.
