Peanut Butter Pancakes
"You cannot go wrong with pancakes, not with peanut butter ones anyway. If you make them for a weekday breakfast, use your favourite spread for speed. But at the weekend, I suggest you make a chocolate ganache to go with the pancakes: you will discover a brand new favourite combination. Ganache is not a hard thing to do. It takes only a small pot, heavy cream and chocolate chips. Melt the ingredients in the pot, heating them slowly and mixing frequently to get a smooth texture. It only takes a few minutes, so the pancakes are still warm, ready to combine with the melting chocolate. A heavenly start to a brand new day. All together, the quantity mentioned is enough for 10 pancakes. If you are a small family like us, you could have these for Sunday breakfast, or as dessert after lunch. All you have to do is to heat the pancakes and the spread in a microwave and there you go!"

I never make pancakes but the thought of adding peanut butter to the batter is so wonderful! Then to add some chocolate goodness instead of syrup, makes it even better. I'm sure these will be a hit.
