"How to make light and fluffy sourdough pancakes. You can use sourdough starter or sourdough discard to make these pancakes. You can make the batter and use it right away or let it sit overnight for overnight pancakes. The batter is good for two days in the fridge. You can also freeze leftover pancakes, and I have directions for freezing and reheating them. Sourdough pancakes have a mild flavor, and they are light and fluffy like restaurant pancakes."
