Either way, serve them next to a crunchy baguette for the ultimate Spanish treat.To make this recipe, I used a bag of frozen peas. The secret when working with frozen peas is to add them frozen into the hot fry pan. If you thaw them out beforehand, they will start to release water and you will end up with mushy peas."
