Spinach And Ham Crustless Quiche
"This inexpensive and versatile recipe is naturally gluten-free and high in protein. Spinach and ham crustless quiche can be made with or without the mushrooms. Try this easy crustless quiche for breakfast, brunch, or even breakfast for dinner. Throw in another similar veggie if you'd like! The great thing about quiches is that they're very forgiving and will usually come out alright even with ingredient changes and swaps. When serving this for dinner, I usually include a green salad and some dinner rolls for those who eat carbs/gluten."
