Easy Gluten-Free Brownies
This is quite possibly one of the best recipes for homemade brownies. These Easy, Gluten-Free Brownies are sure to blow you away. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup rice flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, heaped
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt the butter and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl stir the eggs and sugar together vigorously. Add in the butter, cream and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

Add in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir until dry ingredients are fully blended into the wet ingredients. Stir in the chopped nuts. Bake for 25 minutes.

Dust with powdered sugar when cool.

I really like that you used rice flour to make these brownies. I keep coming across recipes that use nut flour. My daughter is allergic to tree nuts, but I can use peanuts instead of the walnuts in this recipe. Do you think honey roasted peanuts would go well with these ingredients?
