This hearty casserole is so affordable and delicious. You can totally tweak the recipe to suit your family's preferences. You can add in some veg or spice it up with some chili powder! You can use whatever kind of meat you have hanging around too! Ground turkey and chicken are great options. I have never tried it with ground pork, but I bet it would be delicious. This is a good basic technique recipe to learn for anyone who is trying to stretch their grocey budget.
