Blueberry Crumb Cake

NotesYou can also use a 9"x13" baking dish instead of an 11"x11" dish.
Baking cakes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean can result in dry baked goods. So, check this cake at 45 minutes and remove from oven when a toothpick inserted in the middle has small particles on it.
I cut our cake into 9 large pieces. But, you could easily cut this cake into 12-16 pieces.
