Most chocolate cakes I really don't care for, since they are usually dense, overly sweet, and topped with super sweet frosting. This recipe has completely changed my mind! It is rich, velvety, light, and super - moist with just the right amount of sweetness for me. It's not very fancy looking, but I'd give the flavor an A plus!
