This cake will really impress your guests, but it is not as difficult to do as it looks! Tiramisu and roll cakes are two of my favorite desserts and this is the best of both worlds! When making chocolate desserts, I always like to add a little bit of coffee to them - it balances out the sweetness nicely.

These cake rolls were originally known as jelly rolls because the filling was usually jelly. I love them. It is really important to roll the cake up when warm. If you wait until it cools, it will break instead of roll. I love the filling in this. Not a fan of coffee so straight water for me.

This looks just fantastic. I love how pretty the swirl looks, too - very festive!
