My mouth was watering just reading the recipe for this Coconut Lime Pound Cake, so how could I resist making it? It is unlike any other pound cake you may ever have tasted. It's moist and full of great Summer flavors. Even though I am enjoying it while I watch the snow melt outside my window, I am dreaming of enjoying this pound cake at my first bar b que, with a nice cool lemonade.
