  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 cups Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 ounce 8 oz Packages Cream Cheese
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butte
  • 2 cups Powered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  1. Purée strawberries in a food processor.

  2. Pour puree into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it has reduced to half (approximately 20-25 minutes). Set aside to cool.
