- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 cups Unsalted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 ounce 8 oz Packages Cream Cheese
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 4 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Unsalted Butte
- 2 cups Powered Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk

Purée strawberries in a food processor.

Pour puree into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it has reduced to half (approximately 20-25 minutes). Set aside to cool.
