    Chocolate Fudge

    Ingredients

    • 4 cups sugar
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup butter
    • 13 ounces milk chocolate
    • 12 ounces semi-sweet morsels
    • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    • 25 large marshmellows, cut up

    Instructions

    Boil milk, sugar, vanilla, and butter 2 minutes, stirring. Turn off heat. Add marshmellows. Stir until melted. Add chocolate (all three types) one piece at a time until melted. Pour into large, greased (9 X 13) pan. Makes 5 lbs.
