"This is my favorite Stuffed Pepper recipe. It’s full of flavor, easy to make and delicious! Growing up one of my most favorite dinners that my mom would make was stuffed peppers. My mom would use raw hamburger and rice to stuff hers so it would take all day simmering in tomato sauce. Thankfully this Stuffed Peppers Recipe doesn’t take hours to cook and it’s just as delicious. Use a combination of cheeses that you have on hand or your family likes to make it your own recipe. However you make it you will be glad you did!"
