"When I was in high school one of my friends would always make Cheeseburger Pie from the Betty Crocker, making her own pie crust and everything and it was such a great dish! Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie is very similar to that totally from scratch dish but a lot easier and less time to make, which makes it great for a busy weeknight dinner. One thing I did incorporate into this recipe was using tomato paste to elevate the flavor, I mean who eats a cheeseburger without at least a little ketchup?"
