This is by no means healthy food. But, the tastiest casseroles never seem to be. If you want to go a little less unhealthy, nacho flavored Beanitos would stand in wonderfully for the Doritos. I guess I am a cheese hound because I would definitely add more cheese. More cheese is always better. Not sure about leftovers with this. Taste is great, but the chips get mushy.
