What a great list of ingredients! I know my family will love this, minus the peppers and onions. We love creamy cheesy chicken casseroles, but I don't think I have a recipe with tortillas and the seasonings in this recipe. I'll make this and have lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, and guacamole available as toppings.
