Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken Breast
- 1 Purple Onion
- 3 ounces Mushrooms
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 4 ounces Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 sweet Baby peppers
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika

Dice and chop all ingredients into about 1-inch in size. Keeping them the same size will help everything to cook evenly.

Add to a large bowl with all of your marinade ingredients. Give a good toss so everything is coated well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
