Teriyaki is right up there on the top of my flavor list. I love that you can put this together real quick and throw it in the oven while you make the rice and prepare the veggies. It is such a simple and homemade way to make dinner for a large group.

My wife and I both love Asian food and this really simple to make dish is something that we'll be trying soon. I like the green onion garnish, and I'd also like to try adding a bit of chopped tomato and some pea pods to the recipe. I haven't tried the teriyaki sauce recommended in the recipe and since there's a Target nearby, I'll pick up a bottle for us to try.

This chicken dish looks delish and very nicely presented. I would make it in a heartbeat. I see the recipe is from the seasoned mom and she is one of my favorite food bloggers. Her recipes are always simple, taste delicious and reasonably budget friendly with no 'airs and graces' or heave, calorie loaded dishes. It is good, wholesome food.
