I thought I had seen all the ways to fry chicken but then came along the Korean way. I love Asian cooking so I had to take a look. I like the sound of the red pepper paste. I guess I'm going to have to go down to the Chinese shop to find some as I'm sure I won't find it in the local supermarket. I'm definitely going to try this one!
