Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Julienned Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Red Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Sliced Green Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Sliced Onion
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 1 cup Water
