My mom made this a few weeks ago, but she had to do it in the oven on less time because we were in a hurry. I think the sauce would have turned out thicker if we had cooked it in the crock pot. The flavor was mindblowing! I loved every bite of it. I can't wait to try it at home.

This recipe says it should be cooked on LOW for 6 hours. Is it possible to cook on HIGH for less time, or would that dry out the chicken?
