Spanish Garlic Chicken (Pollo al Ajillo)

"Pollo al Ajillois a Spanish version of garlic chicken. It comes from a region of Andalusia where every family is cooking it for decades. Oh and of course every single one of them has its own recipe, ha! Mine recipe requires only 7 ingredients to make and is finger-licking good. Just imagine: chicken is cooked in a garlic and white wine sauce and is served garnished with some parsley and more of that magical sauce! It sounds awesome isn't it?"
