Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- Pink Food Coloring

Cream together butter and sugar in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment for 5 minutes, or until light and fluffy.

Add the egg and almond extract, mix again scraping down the sides as needed.
