Lately I've been making a lot of "Grandma's" recipe cookies, and a lot of cake mix recipe cookies. Well low and behold along comes this recipe for Just Like Grandma's Butterscotch Cookies. It's a win, win. I have to admit that I don't know what Grandma's butterscotch cookies tasted like, but these cake mix butterscotch cookies are absolutely delicious. With all the ease and convenience of cake mix cookies, I think my grandchildren will be making these one day as "Grandma's" cookies.
