Probably THE BEST pulled pork dish I have had! It truly is totally delicious and the ginger flavor and with the addition of soy sauce elevate it to an entirely other level. AND it is all done in the slow cooker which is just the best news ever for any busy parent with a hungry family to feed every day lol!
