Slow Cooker Cuban Pork
This Slow Cooker Cuban Pork recipe turns a normally tough meat into a juicy, tender, fall-apart-in-your-mouth masterpiece. The best thing about slow cooker recipes is that they're very easy to make, and the end result is unbelievably tasty. This Cuban pork recipe calls for a marinade that is very easy to make, and is comprised of orange, lemon, lime, garlic, onion, and spices. Simply let the pork marinate overnight, then put both the pork and the marinade in the slow cooker for eight hours. At the end of the day, you'll have a delicious meal waiting for you.

I love this cuban pork! All the citrus flavors mixed with the cumin made a bright yet earthy sabor! I use leftovers on a white creme fraiche sauce pizza with jalapenos and carmelized onions and pineapple! The pineapple makes the jalapenos less aggressive but with all the flavor! And if you've never tried creme fraiche and like a white sauce gourmet pizza, try it with this cuban pork! The flavors are layered and there's nothing boring about this pizza!
