- 8 drops hot pepper sauce
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup plus 6 tablespoon brown sugar

- 6 teaspoons celery seed
- 6 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1 bottle Smokey type barbecue sauce
- 1 bottle chili sauce
