Pepsi/Coke can be substituted for 7up but 7up works best.

Ingredients

Instructions

Cover ham with 7up then brown sugar.
Cook in slow cooker.

This is an easy main dish that feeds a lot of people. Don't worry about buying an expensive spiral cut ham. Just criss cross cut the top of a ham and it will look delicious. I never cared for the taste of cloves on a ham, so this simple brown sugar glaze was just right. I used ginger al because it was what I had on hand, and it was good.
