Thank you Jamie for this awesome recipe book. I would love to make the Champagne Cup Cakes and the Irish coffee Creme Brulee just for starters. I think you make anything taste better by adding in a bit of booze. I have done it with my chocolate mousse and want to make an Amarula milk tart. Amarula is a South African cream liquor. I will post it on here when I've made it!
