Can I use a diet ginger ale in this recipe? I am not sure if it will have the flavor I am wanting. I was thinking of using a little sweetener to make sure it comes out sweet and not bitter, but it may take some experimenting. Have you used diet soda for this recipe?

proof read your recipe -there is no cake mix involved in this recipe- this one uses crescent rolls- the recipe is excellent (mine called for mountain dew) don't know what recipe you wrote the description for but it might be interesting if you find it and re-post it
