Your blender should be able to handle this as long as the banana chunks are pretty small! Also, I have a Yonanas- it is the most incredible invention that turns frozen fruit into ice cream instantly! They sell online pretty inexpensively so that might be a good present for the baker/chef in your family (or even you)!

I don't have a food processor, but I wonder if my blender/smoothie maker could handle this. It looks so easy, and sounds delicious! I buy bananas every week, so I'll add this to my easy snack recipe file.

I'm going to make this as soon as possible. I must just go and get some bananas. I came looking for a recipe as I recently got an ice cream maker but I find this which I can make in my food processor. I'm still going to use my ice cream maker for another recipe but I like the fact that this ice cream is ready for eating straight away. I'm making this a treat for my daughter. I'm so excited for it!

This healthy dessert looks really good. I like the idea of dressing up banana ice cream with some chocolate and chocolate chips. It makes the whole dessert feel more special!
