Homemade Baileys Irish Cream

"Years ago in culinary school, we made a Baileys Irish cream. We were all quite impressed by that and since that, I have been making my own batch of Irish cream at home. It's actually super easy and it tastes beyond good! You will need cream, sugar, coffee, and cocoa powder as the main ingredients. This particular bailey's copycat is a chocolate version. So, it has an extra chocolatey flavor. I decorated it with rainbow and green sugar sprinkles to stick to the theme and our guests absolutely loved it!
