I think this cupcake sounds delicious. Is the lemon overpowering? I like lemon, but I don't want it to be the only thing I can taste. I like to taste the cupcake too. Is this a fluffy cupcake or a more dense one? I like the fluffier ones, but the dense ones are good with coffee or tea.
