"These mini lemon tarts are super easy! They start with a prepared filo shell and then a no-bake cheesecake layer. On top of that is a tangy lemony custard. Then garnish any way you like. Perfect for a wedding or baby shower and any season. Everybody loves the chance to satisfy their sweet tooth without a heavy, rich dessert. How much lemon juice does it take for this recipe if I don't have real lemons? I want to make these little tarts because they look and sound so tasty. I bet these would be perfect for an afternoon when mom and sis come over to play some rummy. Do you have favorites you like to make when your family visits?
