"Summer fruits are always so delicious, but if you roast them in the oven, then they become even more delicious. I also love the colors in this recipe – the deep red from the cherries, the faint red from the figs, and the golden yellow from the peaches. This dish is a really simple way to enjoy these fruits without too much work. Perfect if you’re on a Paleo or AIP (autoimmune protocol) diet. This simple dessert recipe uses 3 different fruits – figs, cherries, and peaches. The figs and cherries are roasted while the raw peaches are diced and served alongside the roasted fruits."

I never thought of roasting figs and cherries. Do they turn out like pineapple when you grill it? Does roasting them caramelize the fruit? I bet this is a delicious dessert with whipped cream or a cream cheese icing. I know some people who would want to pour this dessert over some vanilla ice cream while it is hot and add some cookie crumbles for texture. I think it sounds wonderful any way you serve it.
