I agree- YUM! I haven't had the chance to make these yet but they look great! I recently saw a recipe for a strawberry cheesecake cupcake so perhaps this is becoming a new baking trend for the summer?! I would be intrigued to see a new-bake strawberry cheesecake bar that still incorporates some brownie/chocolate component! Anybody have a good recipe for that type of treat?
