"These Thin Mint Cupcakes are so cute, fun & easy! Every year we buy so many Girl Scout cookies, so I decided to create some extra goodness with them. I took an already addicting cookie and turned it into a cupcake! They turned out so delicious and so pretty. They’re even perfect for letting the kids help. Don’t have the real thin mints? That’s okay, they sell something similar at most stores. Hope you love these like we do! "
