- 1 pound Grilling Shrimp
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Large Eggs
- Cooking Spray
