Grilled Lemon Shrimp And Mushrooms
"If anybody out there has some extra steaks or chops out there, send them my way. I want to keep the good eats rolling with the grill and flames working as the star of the show. No matter the time of the year, when there’s something to cook up on my block, the “fire monster” is always ready to go! In the Lone Star state it’s always grilling season, and one of my favorite go to’s is whipping up some shrimp. I can’t imagine anything that you can put on the little crustacean that isn’t an ultimate hit. Chile peppers, check. Sweet and sour sauce, check. Tropical infusions with pineapple juice and brown sugar, check. You name it shrimp stands on its own as a versatile staple that can be dressed up to anyone’s desire and come out delicious. Moreover what I also like about shrimp is that you don’t really have to try hard to make it an incredible experience. Of course depending on how you sway toward seafood, shrimp is simple to season or marinade and set up as a knockout tasty dish."
