Dei Fratelli's line of Truly Tomatoes allows you to cook with the freshest tomatoes you can keep in your pantry. The line has three varieties including Rustic Cut, Petite Cut, and Finely Chopped. The boxed tomatoes taste like they were boxed that day. I use them at least once a week in making sauces, soups, and more. 

I liked these boxed tomatoes over canned because they don't retain any canned taste and the fresh flavors are able to shine. Dei Fratelli doesn't use any GMOs in their tomato products which also adds to their great taste. 

My favorite variety to use daily is the Petite Cut. These tomatoes are versatile to use in all kinds of recipes. The tomatoes all look beautifully cut in a small dice. I loved using the Rustic Cut Tomatoes in a hearty stew recipe. The larger cuts add a more robust flavor to the food. They also have a more homemade look to them. The Finely Chopped Tomatoes are simmered with onion, carrot, and celery before they are boxed. This gives the tomatoes a dynamic flavor that is perfect for chicken or beef dishes. 

The line of Truly Tomatoes from Dei Fratelli lends itself to so many recipes. I keep a few boxes stocked in the pantry to use at any time.
