Some days you just need something easy and these are easy except the frying part. However, this is what I did and they turned out crispy. I baked them in the oven on a lightly greased baking pan, leaving room between each one so they crisp. I used an olive oil Pam spray. About half way through the cooking time, I rolled them over so the bottom side could get crispy. Will make again.
