Oh yes, there is nothing as divine as an authentic Italian sauce and this one is particularly GOOD!! An Italian chef told me years ago to only add the salt once the oil has separated from the juice of the tomatoes so that is what I always do (it happens after about 30mins simmering). Do try this recipe and do take her advice about the quality of ingredients!
