My wife has been spiralizing zucchini for a couple of years but we've never heard of the term zoodles before, though it's a fitting name. We're always looking for recipes where regular pasta can be replaced with zoodles, and I really am looking forward to making this up. I'm curious how this would work with beef and want to give that a try as well.
