"This Lasagna Casserole is a hearty and satisfying comfort meal that’s incredibly easy to throw together. It’s one of my go-to easy family dinner recipes. My kids love lasagna. I, however, always end up in a battle with the noodles. I burn myself trying to work with them right away, they rip, they don’t fit exactly in the pan the way I want. I didn’t want my lasagna noodle shortcomings to deprive my children of a dish they love. So, I took all the flavors and textures my kids love in lasagna and combined them in an easy casserole! "
