Cauliflower Pizza Sticks
Everyone loves a tempting, cheesy breadstick, but not everyone loves thinking about all those carbs and calories. Make these easy Cauliflower Pizza Sticks to replace that greasy pizza dough. They cook in almost no time at all, and they're a healthier option when you're craving something coated in cheese. They're also a great side during lunch or dinner. Mix spices into the cauliflower, shape into a flat crust, and top with your favorite pizza toppings. You can make this recipe vegetarian or vegan-friendly by avoiding meat or cheese.

I also have made cauliflower crust pizza and it completely fell apart despite following the recipe and using eggs. The crust was pretty tasty but it definitely did not resemble pizza. Do you have any tips because I'm fearful to make these pizza sticks (even though they look so tasty) or to make the pizza crust again!

Ive made cauliflower pizza a few times and my family and I love it. This recipe is similar to the cauliflower pizza recipe Ive used. Does the breadstick hold its shape? Although the pizza doesnt fall apart, it doesnt quite hold its shape like a typical bread crust (probably because it doesnt have enough adhering ingredients to keep it together). I dont think I have parchment paper so I think Ill have to use foil as another person did. This person also used 3 eggs instead of 4 and I may do that as well.
